Train in our purpose‑built studio with expert guidance. Instructor‑Led Reformer Pilates classes focus on strength, mobility, and control through low‑impact, full‑body workouts. Our qualified instructors provide coaching and modifications to suit all fitness levels in a supportive group environment. What to bring: Grip socks, sweat towel, drink bottle (no glass). Grip socks and sweat towels are available for purchase from our reception desk if required. Please collect a wristband from the desk on arrival.
